Dawsonville Lockbox Service Center & Store

  • Do you need to purchase a new lockbox?

These are just a few of the great services provided by the 400 North Board of REALTORS®.  Thanks to the cooperation of GAMLS, we have the capability to assist you with certain types of lockbox issues at our Service Center in Dawsonville.  This service is being offered to REALTOR® and Affiliate members of the 400 North Board that are participants in GAMLS.  (FMLS assistance is not available at this time.)

This Service Center will be open based on demand, so please check the calendar to the right for hours of operation or contact the Board at 706-216-5229 anytime Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm to schedule an appointment.

Please NOTE: There is a service fee of $35 for any GAMLS services performed at this location for agents who are not members of the 400 North Board of REALTORS®.

Additionally, we are offering a limited number of items from the GAMLS store as well. Items listed below are usually available at the Dawsonville store.
