There are 2 training requirements for new REALTOR® members of the 400 North Board of REALTORS®. 
Both training courses must be completed within four months upon completion of the application.

First, all new members must attend a one hour in-class Local 400 North Board Training course offered at our Dawsonville location. Registration for this program is easy and is available by clicking the links in the calendar to the right. If you don't remember your username or password, you may request that it be emailed to you from the login screen. Please note that the username and password are case sensitive. We encourage you to sign up now and not wait until the last minute as classes usually fill up quickly!

Second, all new members must also complete a qualified New Member Code of Ethics Orientation course. You may complete this course for free online at the National Association of REALTORS® site at www.realtor.org ("Take the Code of Ethics" training link and then "New Member Code of Ethics Orientation" link).
