The 400 North Board of REALTORS® recognizes the dedication and commitment of the membership through the REALTOR® of the Year and Rookie of the Year awards and through the Circle of Excellence.
This December event recognizes members who have dedicated their time and energy throughout the year for the betterment of the Board, as well as install the Officers and Directors for the upcoming year.
On Thursday, October 13th, we held our annual auction at the beautiful Achasta Golf & Country Club benefiting Angels Over Forsyth, Dawson County Family Connection and Lumpkin County Family Connection.
Members of the Circle of Excellence exemplify the highest caliber of real estate professionalism and service and membership is based on the personal production of at least one million dollars in real estate transactions by the individual.
On a gorgeous Thursday, May 19th, the 400 North Board hosted it's 2nd Annual Trade Show at the Forsyth Conference Center, located on the campus of Lanier Technical College. The Trade Show hosted 35 exhibitors and nearly 150 attendees including the vendors.
